Sleep is important…
Even though I’ve been on the new sleep schedule one day, I feel great now! The reason I made a new schedule is because in my 4th period, I got in trouble because I couldn’t stay awake, and now I hoping with this new schedule I can stay awake in class! So I advise EVERYONE to get good night rest, without your body cannot function as it needs too, and who really feels good being half asleep at work or school?
